Wound Care Collaborative

Wound Care Collaborative meetings are designed for wound care providers to network, discuss practice issues, and learn from each other.

The wound collaborative meets every other month and is co-facilitated with Rachel Neuschatz, MSN, RN, who is a Harm Reduction Wound Care Field Nurse for the Division of Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction of the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.
