The Health Federation of Philadelphia is hosting an information session dedicated to organizations either located in Philadelphia or serve Philadelphians: 

Connect4health Info Session + the Future of Social Care in PA. 

This in-person event at Temple University (3340 N Broad St) is dedicated to community organizations/programs looking to stay on top of the evolving social care landscape in PA (through resource platforms like Connect4health & PA Navigate). 

Join us NEXT Friday, July 26th for a:

  • Demonstration of Connect4health/findhelp

  • Training on the suite of free CBO tools available

  • A panel discussion of CBOs currently utilizing the platform

  • Q&A with HealthShare Exchange

+ We're having a $50 gift card raffle for those who bring a business card!
