Resilience supports and workplace wellness

Working with patients with complex needs who have often experienced trauma can make providers vulnerable to secondary traumatic stress (STS).  

Take Care PHL offers resources for providers who work with patients who use substances and includes information about STS, helpful information about how to build a resilient workplace, and short instructional wellness videos of stress management techniques.
