Well-Being Skill-Building: Exploring Body-Heart-Mind

In this Well-Being Skill-Building virtual workshop, we will learn and practice three tools to support our personal and professional resilience while involved in challenging, relational work with others. In each session we will introduce one body-based regulation tool, one heart-based regulation tool, and one cognitive regulation tool. We will take time to practice each tool and to reflect on how it could apply to our everyday lives. Join us as we continue to build our well-being toolkit to sustain our commitment and passion for our work.
