Exploring Psychological Safety for Self and Clients
How do we maintain a sense of psychological safety when there is team or client/patient conflict? When a mistake is made? Or when an issue of moral injury presents itself? In high-pressure workplace environments where there is low psychological safety, there tends to be a greater incidence of burnout, mental health challenges, job dissatisfaction and high turnover. This virtual workshop will highlight the benefits of cultivating a psychologically safe workplace culture that centers on trust and respect, belonging, a valueing of shared ideas and concerns, innovation and shared accountability.
